Today I went to go pick up lunch at a cuban place in Burbank called Mambos.  It’s on the corner of Victory and Western.  Normally, I would call in the order and wait 20 minutes to pick it up.  Today, I decided to call in the order and directly go out and use the extra time for sketching.  I hung out on the corner across from the restaurant and drew the view while the food was being cooked.  I was only able to finish a quick sketch of the contour lines of the scene.  I brought the sketch back to the office with me and continually added to it throughout the day, either while importing music or rendering effects.
