Last night I was heading out of the office at a reasonable time and I was even on my way to buy myself a new module for the modular before going home. Then I received the phone call from the office saying that notes had come in on a couple of my pieces. So, I found myself working late into the evening again. I didn’t work as late as I have on other nights but I was low on sleep from the night before. So, I really didn’t have the energy or time to do something that I felt was really creative last night. I arrived at home at midnight and went directly into my studio and just bashed on the drums for about an hour. It was nice. I’m lucky to have a place that I can make so much noise so late at night and still not wake the baby. I bought this little drum set from a co-worker of mine for a hundred dollars. I’m not a real drummer, just a guy that wants to. Oh well, today I’ll hopefully do something more inspiring.
all the best.

You going and bashing the drums for an hour IS creative! Just because it isn’t something tangible doesn’t mean it isn’t a creative outlet. Keep up the hard work! I’ll keep reading!! :)
I read this everyday. It totally inspires me. So keep it up. Very awesome!!
Dude, lets jam… i’ll bring my guitar or bass over!
I’ll try to call you the next jam night. Probably not for another week at this rate.
