Day 138 / It’s That Time Of Year Again

Well, it’s that time of year again.  July.
 
On the 31st of this month Jenny and I are going to throw the 3rd annual Visnic Christmas in July party.  It’s been 4 ot 5 years since the second annual so it’s been a long time coming.  We first threw this party back in 04′ or 05′ while we were living in a little apartment in Pasadena.  We had cute little side yard as our front yard and we really went off with the decorating and special effects.  I had the ground covered in fake movie snow.  We had a snow machine on the roof going off every 15 minutes and it just created this atmosphere of love.  I think it’s because when you’re reminded of that christmas spirit on the opposite end of the year you actually appreciate how nice it all is.
 
So, because I want to make throwing this party easy on the family whilst making it an epic spectacle, I will be using my creative days to do something christmas-y each day leading up to the day of the party.  Tonight, I raided my parents christmas decorations and set up the tree.  Let the christmas festivities begin!
